One-Stop Manufacturing Solutions
Most manufacturers force you to manage five different vendors for prototyping, tooling, machining, finishing, and inspection. That’s five contracts, five lead times, and five opportunities for quality handoff failures. Great Light consolidates everything under one roof — and one quality system.

Great Light is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified, supporting quality-controlled manufacturing for industrial and medical device components. This means your medical, aerospace, and consumer parts share the same quality framework.
Before we quote, our engineers review your drawing for manufacturability issues and cost-reduction opportunities at zero charge. On average, DFM feedback saves customers 15–30% on unit cost — before a single part is cut. This is a standard service at Great Light, not an upsell.
Standard aluminum and steel prototypes ship in 3 business days. Production runs of 100–500 pieces typically ship in 7–14 days. DHL and FedEx express options deliver to North America and Europe within 3–5 transit days of dispatch.
Every customer’s files are uploaded through a secure, NDA-protected portal. Your CAD models, drawings, and design intent remain strictly confidential. We sign mutual NDA before any file exchange on request.
